My Story

Bridging two worlds: business and intimacy

For over 20 years, I thrived as a creative tech leader and human-centred designer. I led award-winning teams across industries and continents, shaping culture through innovation and helping organizations grow with purpose.

Yet behind the professional success, my personal life felt stuck. Despite outward achievement, I longed for deeper love and intimacy. After years of searching—and nearly giving up—I discovered a new way of approaching relationships that transformed everything.

A holistic path to transformation

I immersed myself in modern psychology, neuroscience, and somatic practices, while also drawing on ancient wisdom from Taoist, tantric, and shamanic traditions. This fusion of east and west gave me the tools not only to shift my mindset, but to truly embody change.

The result was profound: I cultivated deeper self-understanding, emotional awareness, and eventually, met an extraordinary partner with whom I now share the passionate connection I had always sought.

From personal growth to professional impact

This journey ignited a second chapter in my career. I trained as a certified Relationships and Intimacy Coach, founded Lush Coaching, and began supporting individuals and couples to communicate better, connect more deeply, and experience more satisfying intimacy.

At the same time, I continued my leadership journey—supporting organizations to integrate purpose, creativity, and wellbeing into their cultures. Today, I work with scale-ups, mission-driven businesses, and global leaders to navigate the evolving landscape of leadership, including the ethical adoption of AI.

My unique edge

I know what it takes to thrive as a leader—and I know what it takes to nurture love and intimacy. The paradox many face is that as professional influence grows, personal connection often diminishes. My work bridges that gap, helping high-performers and change-makers excel in both domains without sacrificing either.

At the heart of it all

Whether in the boardroom or the bedroom, true transformation requires courage, presence, and a willingness to grow. My role is to guide you through that journey—towards greater clarity, connection, and fulfilment.

A note on who I serve

I acknowledge my unearned privilege as a white, able bodied, cisgendered, heterosexual woman, and am committed to continually doing my own work to dismantle my own internal racism, and to contribute to the regenerative aliveness of our world.

If you like the way I work, I’d be happy to have a conversation about how I might support you. However, if I believe there is someone who might serve you more powerfully, I will suggest it.
