Healthy relating
We learn how to love from the environment that we grew up in and the experiences we have had as we move through life. Mend these wounds so that you can break old patterns and love freely with an open pure heart and feel safe in doing so.
Heal from the past
Heal deep wounds of past heartbreak and loss. Release the stuckness to create a clean clear space for the new. Break the survival strategies, limiting beliefs and old patterns around love in your heart and access its healing power, wisdom and strength.

Dates and Times
The Unlock Love Group Coaching Programme runs for 3 months.
The 90 minute sessions will be on Monday or Tuesdays at 7pm BST / 2pm EST / 11am PST.
The sessions will be recorded and the replay made available for any times you can not join.
Enrolment is limited to 8 women to allow for connected conversations and deep learning.
This programme is for women who:
