Born from a shared vision of a world full of more innovative, adaptive, and impactful organisations, Cara and Andrea created WeCo, a collective of experts, advisors and consultants to help you and your business truly flourish in the age of AI.

Cara De lange

Cara is an operational efficiency consultant, business advisor, and AI ethicist with over two decades of leadership experience at companies like Google and Reckitt. She is the founder of Softer Success®, a consultancy and methodology designed to help organisations boost sustainable growth, and the author of the book Softer Success. A member of the Harvard Human Flourishing research network, she blends behavioural science, systems thinking, and values-based strategy to guide mission-driven teams through complex change with clarity and measurable impact.

Andrea Balboni

Andrea unlocks human potential by bridging over two decades of Human-Centered Design and deep Digital Leadership experience at companies like Yell.com (hibü), Lloyds Bank and Infosys Consulting with expertise as a Relationships and Intimacy Coach and founder of Lush Coaching. She is expert at building and strengthening relationships, personal, professional and to technology. She has worked with individuals and teams of 5 to 500+ across the US, EMEA and Asia to develop deliver impactful, award-winning, people-centric solutions that are values driven in support of human flourishing.
